Level 3 Pre and Post-Natal Exercise
£395.00
This specialist personal training (pre and post natal exercise) qualification is a great addition to the Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing or the Level 3 Personal Trainer. It allows fitness instructors and personal trainers to work effectively and empathically with pregnant women and women who have recently given birth. It contains a theoretical case study and takes most candidates about 2-3 weeks to complete.
