The most direct – automatic- way of gaining CIMSPA registration is to complete a CIMSPA recognised Level 3 PT qualification. Either as the combined Level 2 and 3 PT Diploma or by having both the Level 2 Gym Certificate and the Level 3 PT Certificate.

If you don’t have this, or you have been given 'provisional status' by CIMSPA, then you will need to get your current qualifications looked at by HFI to see if your current qualification covers the right content and assessments. If it does, then HFI can automatically issue with a CIMSPA recognised qualification. Or, you may need to take some part of the course and some of the assessments to get your qualification.

Below is a form that you download to help you search your qualification’s contents for the the required content. This way we can help you find out which scenario applies to you.
