Getting Qualified as a Personal Trainer

Whether you want to just start with an introduction to anatomy and physiology to dip your toe into, get qualified as a fitness instructor/personal trainer, or take some advanced qualifications (eg Level 2, 3 or 4 specialist quals or ACSM CPT), we have everything you'll need.

Many of our qualifications can be completed by distance learning from home. The fitness instructor (CIMSPA Affiliate) and the Personal Trainer (CIMPSA Practitioner) do require you to have access to a local gym. Either way, we use Zoom to conduct one-to-one tutorials with you to lead you through all the theory and the practical work.
