HFI were the first university undergraduate training company and we are in our 10^th year of offering vocational training within the university setting. We have also been associated with UK universities as the UK’s ACSM representatives for over 20 years.

Our trainers have extensive fitness industry experience as well as BSc degree to Phd backgrounds. We understand undergraduates and graduates and relate to them when preparing them for the very different world of vocational qualifications.
