Cancellation policies: deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations: >12 weeks before event - no charge; 8-12 week before event-50% charge; < 8 weeks before event 100% charge. All balances of payment must be paid 12 weeks before the certification date and 4 weeks before the start of the workshop. Cancellations must be received in writing. Transfers can only be made if a person to replace you can be found by the candidate. There is £35.00 transfer fee per event (workshop or certification) to transfer if replacements can be found. If transfers are made no refunds are available on subsequent courses. In the case of illness as a reason for changing dates of workshops or certification candidates must produce a GPs letter indicating that attendance is impossible on the date in question. Workshops and certifications can only be transferred and refunds will not be given.
