Recruitment Process
1. HFI
Recruitment (HFIR) will establish the general job criteria over the
phone with the Client to ensure the suitability of using HFIR as your
agent.
2. HFIR will send the "Terms and Conditions of Business" to the Client.
3. The Client signs the "Terms and Conditions of Business" and returns
them to HFIR.
4. Suitable CVs will be sent to the Client using their preferred mode.
5. The Client selects candidates for interview.
6. The Client interviews the candidates.
7. The ideal candidate is appointed.
8. Client is invoiced.
