HFI Training Ltd are committed to privacy for everyone and compliance with the data Protection Acts of 1984 & 1998 which contain regulations which are designed to ensure that any data you provide us is processed fairly and lawfully with due care. The security of your data is important to us and we take care to use technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing or disclosure.

By registering with HFI, we will request and store basic information such as your name, gender, address, e-mail address, telephone number on HFI’s  computers. HFI may request additional personal information to provide a specific service you are seeking some of which may be deemed as sensitive personal data to fulfil obligations under the law and our business partners/customers. This information will be retained and kept accurately for a reasonable period of time and then archived.

Additionally, the personal information which you provide us together with the services you have accessed via us in the past, may be shared and used by associated third parties with which we provide products or services. This is for the purpose of notifying you about enhanced products and services that become available from time to time. By submitting your information you consent to its use in this way, however if you would prefer you could opt out by contacting us by phone, email or writing. You can also request to see the information held about you on HFI computers and paper records by requesting subject access in writing.

The HFI web site uses cookies (definition- a message given to a web browser by a web server. The message is then stored by the browser in a text file and each time the browser requests a page from the server, this message is sent back) by collecting user information. The main objective of the cookies is to identify users and to personalise their visit by customising web pages for them, for example taking them to the point where they last visited the same site.

HFI save from as otherwise provided in this policy statement or as required in UK law does not disclose personal information it holds about you to any third party for marketing purposes or for any other reason. In the event that Premier agrees to sell or otherwise transfer all or any part of its business to a third party it may transfer any personal information that it holds about you to that third party.

If HFI changes its Privacy policy, HFI will post the changes on this page so that you can be aware of them and you will be given the opportunity to request HFI not to use your information for the changed purposes.

The Internet infrastructure is global, and it is not possible to predict the routes that information /data sent over the Internet will take, the information you provide may be transferred temporarily via a route which takes it outside the European Economic Area as it passes between you and us.
