Personal Trainer

To become a professionally qualified personal trainer, candidates need to register as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with the Register of Exercise Professionals ("REPs") and/or CIMSPA. Level 3 is the highest REPs and CIMSPA category for personal trainers. Level 4 is a specialist module category which personal trainers can qualify in later on.

To reach REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer, those without the Level 2 Gym Instructing Certificate will need to take the Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.  Those who have the Level 2 Gym Instructor already only need to take the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training.

All our qualifications are available in a blended learning form or a pure online/distance learning format.

Click here to see our training and assessment dates for the face-to-face elements of our blended learning courses. There are no days to attend for pure online/distance learning.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO - With HFI, it is possible to pay in instalments. Click here to find out more. A  deposit of only £195.00 gets you all your course resources and gets you started on the course.

One size DOES NOT fit all!  Create your own personally tailored package. Contact Alison on 0208 568 5336 or 07799 621 456 to find out what discounts you can obtain when purchasing a tailored package.

In some cases, candidates come to us with prior qualifications, experience and want to reach full Level 3 PT status.

If you are in any doubt about which personal training courses to start with or how to transform yourself into an even more skilled and successful personal trainer, please call Alison Hall on 0208 568 5336 or 07799 621 456, text for a call back or email usWe promise, no "hard sell!"
