Quick Overview

The Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral is the special populations qualification that is required to be an Exercise Referral specialist and therefore work with more challenging clients who have controlled medical conditions. Level 3 Exercise Referral specialists are also qualified to work for a government GP Referral Scheme. This qualification is required before taking any Level 4 qualification

Candidates who are already Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified can take the Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral as a stand alone qualification or they can combine this Level 3 Diploma and the Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes qualification as the HFI Level 3 Exercise Referral and Level 4 Specialist Package. Participants can progress through at a pace to suit the individual – intensive in 6 weeks or slow and steady up to one year. Those who don't already hold the Level 3 Personal Training Diploma can reach Level 4 with the Level 4 Personal Trainer Plus Package.
