Teaching, Assessor and Internal Verifying Courses
Sometimes more experienced trainers or fitness managers choose to develop a career in tutoring courses and/or assessing qualifications. An internal verifier would be a very experienced trainer or manager who has had a lot of experience in delivering and assessing qualifications.
Teaching Certificate - Preparing to teach in the Life-Long Learning Sector (PTLLS) is an online course that allows teaching on industry courses. This course and qualification will allow candidates to teach in the all sectors, as long as their sector-specific qualifications as acceptable to that sector ie Level 3 PT + experience to teach Level 3 PT.
Level 3 Assessors Certificate is a completely online course that allows assessing on some industry courses. This course and qualification will allow candidates to assess on Active IQ Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer (depending on the level of their fitness qualifications).
Active IQ Level 4 Award in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (QCF) is an online course that allows candidates to take on internal verifying for vocationally related qualifications.
