If you are already Level 2 gym instructor qualified - contact us for REDUCED PRICE  ETM qualification.

ETM is a 5-day practical workshop (usually 3 days the first week and then 2 days the following week). The practical assessment is about 4 weeks after the initial workshop. The theory exams are held every month so you can take this at your convenience. Theory study can begin at any time as this part is a home-study programme. 

QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE AND UNIT CONTENT

This qualification comprises of 6 mandatory units

Unit 1 - Anatomy and physiology for exercise - theory exam

Unit 2 - Know how to support clients who take part in exercise and physical activity - worksheet assessment

Unit 3 - Health, safety and welfare in a fitness environment - worksheet assessment

Unit 4 - Principles of exercise, fitness and health - theory exam

Unit 5 - Planning group exercise to music sessions - worksheet assessment

Unit 6 - Instructing group exercise to music sessions - practical exam
