Setting up an Apprenticeship Scheme for Trainee Gym Instructors

Employing staff who are motivated to work for you and your members rather than simply wanting to develop their personal training can be challenging. A real solution is to employ an apprentice taking them through their Level NVQ 2 instructor (and then their NVQ 3 Advanced Instructor) qualification.
