About HFI Recruitment

Recruitment was a natural progression for H.F.I as fitness instructor/personal trainer training company.

With the extreme competition for health club members, our observations were that a club could only be as good as its fitness team and their ability to motivate and therefore retain its members. It was natural for us to move into the recruitment business. We were working around the clock to provide courses for fitness consultants/trainers, consultancy and gym fitness retention systems. We were approached by our clients more and more to recruit a higher quality of gym-based health club personnel. Our clients said we understood what they were looking for because we were a fitness company dealing with people with the important skills and knowledge already.

With a database of some of the industry’s top personnel we have grown to absorb some brilliant instructors/trainers and fitness managers and general managers.
