First Aid Certification is essential for all Instructors and Trainers - for insurance purposes and for piece of mind

All personal trainers and instructors require a valid First Aid/CPR qualification, this must be a valid qualification approved by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). You should maintain this qualification to maximise the safety of your clients and to maintain your public liability insurance. HFI first aid courses and the certificate you receive are approved by the HSE and the certificate is valid for 3 years. The courses are specifically designed for Instructors and Trainers to maximise learning and be 100% applicable to first aid within an exercise environment. If you do not have a current approved first aid certificate and you are working as a fitness consultant or personal trainer, you must acquire one immediately.
